Stars Reward Chart

This is just a simple Star Reward Chart to encourage positive behaviour, it is can be laminated and the stars cut out. A reward chart teaches a child that positive behaviour has positive consequences.

Use this chart to work towards something, you can use this to encourage on task behaviour. Best to start with short activities before extending to longer activities.

When the child reaches 3 stars, the child will be rewarded. This star chart can be changed to 5 stars as the child’s behaviour improves. The chart can be slowly faded away simply by gradually increasing the number of stars as the child’s behaviour improves.
