How to Create an Album

  1. On the home page, tap on the ‘Edit’ icon on the top right corner of the app,
  2. Add an image to your album and type a name for it.
  3. Tap on the ‘check’ icon.

How to Edit an Album

  1. On the home page, tap on the ‘Edit’ icon on the top right corner of the app,
  2. Tap on the album you want to edit,
  3. Tap on the image and/or text to edit it.
  4. Tap on the ‘check’ icon.

How to Create a Card

  1. Enter an album
  2. Tap the the ‘Edit’ button and select ‘Add card.’
  3. Add an image by tapping the + button. You may choose an existing image from your Camera Roll or Search our increasing range of symbols and photos. (Go to our ‘Store’ to unlock more albums and images)
  4. You may also customise your card to preference by choosing your border style, text position and border colour.
  5. You may record your own voice for the card or use one of our text-to-speech voices. You may also phonetically type the word to ensure it says what it is suppose to say. *More voices may be unlocked at our ‘Store.’

How to Edit a card

  1. Enter into an album.
  2. Tap on the card you want to edit.
  3. At the top right corner, tap on  the ‘Edit’ icon. Here you can change the image, card name and voice.

How to Use the Sentence Strip

  1. Tap the Yellow bar at the bottom of the screen to open or close it.
  2. Open an album or folder to access the cards, hold onto a card and drag it to the sentence strip. You may also double tap on the card to add to sentence strip (You can change to ‘one tap’ to add to sentence strip by activating this in settings.
  3. To remove a card from the sentence strip simply double tap on the card.

How to Print your Visuals or Picture Cards

  1. Enter an album.
  2. Tap the ‘Edit’ button.
  3. Select the cards you want to print.
  4. Tap the ‘Options’ button at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Select the ‘Add to Printing Template’ option.
  6. On the Print preview screen you may copy a card to the screen by tapping once on the card or double tap on a card to remove it from print.
  7. You may choose the template you want your cards to be put into.                                                                                                                  * More printing templates may be purchased from our ‘Store.’
  8. When you are ready, select the ‘Print’ icon. You may choose to email your cards or print directly to an Airprint compatible printer.

How to Delete a User Account

  1. Go to the User you want to delete,
  2. Go to ‘Settings’ on the app,
  3. Scroll right down to the bottom,
  4. Tap on ‘Delete account’.

How to change the User name

We are currently working on a new update which allows you to change the user name with ease. If you really want to change the user name in the current version, try this:

  1. On the User account you want to change your name to, go to ‘Settings,’
  2. Select ‘Share Profile,’
  3. Tap on ‘Copy to Clipboard’
  4. On the user menu, tap the + button to add a New User 
  5. Tap on ‘Import’
  6. Paste the code into the ‘Import Profile’ box,
  7. Tap on ‘Import Profile’ Button,
  8. Tap on the name and change it to your desired name, then tap on the check box.
  9. You have now copied a user account to a different name, you may delete the previous user account by following the instructions of ‘How to Delete a User Account.’

Use the Choiceboard feature to select desired cards for choicemaking (Upgrade to the Professional version to unlock this feature):

  1. Enter an album,
  2. Tap the ‘Edit’ button,
  3. Select the cards you want to add to the Choiceboard,
  4. Tap the ‘options’ button and choose ‘Create Choiceboard from … cards.’                                                                                              * You may also print the choice board by tapping on the ‘Print’ button.’

How to Share a user’s Albums and cards to another device

  1. On the User account you want to share, go to ‘Settings,’
  2. Select ‘Share Profile,’
  3. Write down the ID number,
  4. On another device, create a new User account,
  5. Select ‘Import,’
  6. Type the ID number,
  7. Tap on ‘Import Profile’ and your user should be transferred onto your new device.
